Also known French bouquet garni. A dried bouquet garni is made of dried bay leaves, parsley, thyme and leaves. Mix 1 tablespoon of each herb in a dried form and one to two teaspoons in a piece of gauze or a metal tea ball. Then you can use your favorite broth or soup.
