Also, water and wild mint mint known. It is available fresh or dried leaves. Dried leaves will keep for 6 months to 1 year and store in a cool, dark, dry place.

Mint is an herb that in many varieties such as peppermint, spearmint, apple mint, lemon mint and even chocolate mint is. Mint came to the New World with the colonists, who used it in tea for medicinal purposes.

Mint is used for seasoning lamb, vegetables like carrots, peppers and tomatoes in yogurt dressing and bread. It is also used in the Middle East for Salads, Tabouli and marinated vegetables.

Mint is good in soups, salads, sauces, meat level, fish and poultry, stews, sweet or savory recipes, extremely well with chocolate or citrus desserts. Add at the end of cooking for a better taste.
