Nasturtium............
Nasturtium has many variants. It has to appear round flat leaves with red, yellow or orange flowers, like the trumpet from midsummer to midautumn.
Both the leaves and buds have a slightly peppery taste reminiscent of watercress, and are used to bite to salads and sandwiches as well as add. Whole flowers make a stunning and exotic garnish. The flowers can be chopped and used to flavor butter, cream cheese and vinegar.
The immature pods can be harvested and pickled with hot vinegar, spices and produce a garnish, sometimes used instead of capers, although the taste is very spicy.
There is also a kind in the Andes, the potato crop is grown as a vegetable found.
